HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?

Step 1

Please complete the online booking form and select your tour.  If you are an exchange student, please select your organisations tour.  Full payment or a deposit of NZD$200 per person is required at the time of booking by credit card, direct credit or cheque.  If you choose to pay a deposit only, the final balance is due no later than 21 days prior to departure and is payable to NZET. 

Your deposit is accepted as the first installment of your total package cost and signifites acceptance of the Booking Terms and Conditions.  If full payment is not received by the due date, you will not be allowed to travel on the tour.

Step 2

If you decided to proceed with the booking, and once we have received your deposit or full payment, you will be posted a confirmation letter with your receipt number.  You will also be sent a password to our secure online page where you are able to download the necessary documents that you need for your tour.
