Need some inspiration in the kitchen? Well look no further because we are going to keep you up to date with our student's favourite tour meals and recipes, starting with the best dessert ever!

Banoffee Pie (to serve 30)                                                                           

3pkts Gingernuts (crushed)                                                       

300gm Butter                                                                                                                               

4 Tins Highlander Caramel Condensed Milk.                      

12 Sliced Bananas                                                                               

1L Cream                                                                                           

3 Tbsp Icing Sugar (optional)

3 Tbsp Vanilla (optional)


  • Melt butter and mix with crushed biscuits.
  • Press into tin to form a base.
  • Cover with caramel and chill for about 20 mins.
  • Slice bananas on top and cover with the cream whipped with icing sugar and vanilla (if using).
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or chocolate flakes if desired and serve!
