Fiji Tropical Adventure November 2026

DAY 1 Auckland - Nadi, Fiji - Plantation Island

Bula! Its time for our Fiji tropical adventure!

 

We meet bright and early at Auckland International Airport and depart with our tour group to Nadi, Fiji.

 

On arrival we are transported to a local food court and shopping area where we enjoy lunch before boarding the ferry to Malolo - Plantation Island.

 

We check in to our accommodation amongst the palm trees,  then have some free time for a swim before before meeting up for dinner and discussing the exciting days ahead, we wil tell you about the optional activities available such as Discover Scuba, Parasailing, Water skiing, Banana boat rides, Sunset cruises, Golf etc. We will also go through the schedule of free activities on offer through the resort activities co-ordinators.

DAY 2 Plantation Island

After breakfast this morning, we are off on a half day Fiji Cultural Tour where we enjoy a boat ride to a local village for a guided tour, visit a local school and see what the local souvernirs are on offer.

 

Our afternoon brings more activities or you might like to spend your time swimming in the warm ocean or resort pools. From water polo and volleyball to torch lighting and traditional dance there is something for everyone throughout our day on our return.

DAY 3 Plantation Island

Day 3 kicks off with a yummy breakfast then we board the boat and make our way to a nearby Sand Bar to spend the morning snorkelling under the supervision of local guides.

 

We then head back to our accommodation and enjoy lunch together before having the afternoon to continue exploring the the island.

DAY 4 Plantation Island

Today is a free day for resort and optional activities

 

Daily resort activities will include snorkelling, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, water park as well as a range of land based games and activities. Beach vollyball, touch rugby, kava ceremoney, fire dancers, water polo, table tennis, group crafts and activities etc...

 

Tonight we regroup for another delicous dinner at one of the Island's restaurants and enjoy the evening entertainment.

DAY 5 Plantation Island

Today we're off to Cloud 9 - Fiji's first and original two level floating platform with an Italian wood-fired pizzeria surrounded by turquoise blue water and picturesque views.

 

We spend the day participating in water sports followed by your choice of Italian wood-fired pizzas for lunch!

 

Later on we head back to Plantation Island where you can have some time to chill with your friends before we meet up again for our evening meal and entertainment.

DAY 6 Plantation Island

 

After a good breakfast we're off on another snorkelling adventure, this time the boat takes us to a nearby reef.  We spend the morning snorkelling before heading back to Plantation Island to make the most of our final day here.

 

Enjoy any of the activities you may have missed out on, or have another go at your favourites again!

 

We meet up for lunch and then after a fun afternoon it's another night of entertainment following dinner together.

DAY 7 Plantation Island - Denerau - Nadi

 

This morning we have time for a last swim in the ocean or pools before we pack up and check out of the resort and board our ferry back to Denerau. Here you will have some free time to get lunch and do some last minute souvenir shopping.

 

Port Denerau offers a range of world class shopping and a whole range of places to grab yourself some lunch.

 

This afternoon we visit a colourful Hindu Temple alnd learn about the Indian Fijian culture, before stopping buy some vibrant local markets selling produce (think tropical fruits etc) and hand crafts.

 

We then make our way to our accommodation, and prepare for our final night dinner, group games and entertainment.

Visa Requirements:

No visa is required to enter Fiji providing your country is on the list of exempted countries.

Visa exempt countries can be found here: https://www.immigration.gov.fj/travel-requirements/visa-exempted-countries.

You will however still need to ensure you have the following:

1. A passport that is valid for at least 6 months from date of entry into Fiji.
2. Return or Outbound tickets; (NZET Tour Manager will have these)
3. Confirmation of accommodation for duration of your visit (NZET Tour Manager will have this)
4. Re-entry/entry visa to a country other than their own (i.e. your return entry visa into New Zealand)
5. A copy of your outbound ticket from New Zealand (i.e. a copy of your ticket home from NZ
